Social Governance System Inc. is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors committed to building a new collaborative governance framework for the world.

Grant Elder — President

3-year term. Founder of Social Governance System. BA, CPA-CMA. 27-year management consultant specializing in strategy execution, lean operations, and change leadership. Author of Wiki vs NWO (New World Order): Moving to Collaboration from Domination (FriesenPress, 2014, 976pp).

Colby Elder — Secretary (Proposed)

2-year term. CEO & Founder of ElderTech Innovations — AI agents, workflow automation, and custom tool integration. Also works in the environmental & engineering sector.

Dr. Tom Larder — Director

Independent corporate director with three decades of experience in corporate governance across medical devices, real estate, and financial services. Former Chairman of the CDSPI Board (Chairman Emeritus) and a current director of CIRA (Canadian Internet Registration Authority), Canada’s internet governance body. Holds advanced degrees from McGill, Tufts, Dalhousie, and St. Francis Xavier, with continuing education through MIT, Harvard, and the University of Hong Kong. A founding director of the original Social Governance System in 2017.
